DIY: Ruffled Socks 

What you will need:

                                                          1. A pair of white socks

                                                          2. Lace (with bias tape works best)

                                                          3. Two small white or clear buttons

                                                          4. Needle and thread

 Make sure to leave about a half inch on the back side of the sock so that you can fit it over your heel. Also leave extra lace to over lap and sew the button on.
